Anar VPN account deletion
This page is how you ask Anar VPN to delete a registered account and the personal data stored with it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@anarvpn.com from the email address on the account.
- Use the subject line Delete my Anar VPN account.
- If you signed in with Google, send the request from that same Google email.
We use the sending address to confirm the request is yours. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days and will reply when it is done. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account on the server.
Data we delete
- Name, email address, and password hash
- Guest token, if the request identifies a guest session
- Devices, device identifiers, and push tokens
- WireGuard keys and assigned tunnel addresses
- Connection records (server, time, data volume, and IP address)
- Favorite servers, settings, and promo redemptions tied to the account
Data we may keep
- Records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation
- Aggregated counts that do not identify you
Any retained security record is kept only as long as that need lasts, and not as an active Anar VPN profile. Ad providers may keep data they collected under their own policies.
Guest sessions
In the app, Leave guest session ends the session on the device. Email us if you also want the guest record removed from the server, and include any details that help us find it.
